One-on-One Sessions

Available for People of all Ages and from all Backgrounds

  • An opportunity to work on personal goals, look inward, and experience growth

  • Session length, frequency, and duration are based on your goals, progress, and what feels best for you

    • short-term: 6-8 sessions focusing on one core challenge

    • long-term: working through multiple challenges and layers of trauma requires more time

45-minutes: $95

60-minutes: $125

90-minutes: $175

Family Sessions

Available for Families of any Configuration 3+ participants

  • Sessions will look different for each family

  • Activities will be chosen based on the child(ren)’s abilities and the goals of the family

  • Activities are intentionally used to bring awareness to different relationship dynamics and to provide opportunities to work through challenges together

  • Phone calls with parents between sessions to discuss the observations of the session and suggestions for the next session are a beneficial part of this process

Caregiver-Child Relationship Sessions

1 Child + 1 Caregiver

  • Sessions will look different for each pair

  • Activities will be chosen based on the child(ren)’s abilities and the goals of the pair

  • Activities are intentionally used to:

    • bring awareness to different relationship dynamics

    • provide opportunities to work through challenges together

    • strengthen the relationship

  • Phone calls with parents between sessions to discuss the observations of the session and suggestions for the next session are a beneficial part of this process

30-minute session + 10 minute follow-up phone call: $75

60-minute session + 10 minute follow-up phone call: $150

90-minute session + 10-minute follow-up phone call: $225

Groups

Available for:

  • Children ages 6-8

  • Children ages 9-12

  • Groups are run for 8 weeks at a time and are offered multiple times through the year

  • Groups are held with a therapeutic approach by a professional art therapist, but are considered non-clinical (not to treat a specific issue or condition)

  • Art activities that encourage creative expression of emotions, and improve self-esteem and overall wellbeing

  • Group activities that promote social connection

  • Opportunities to try new materials and enjoy making art

Children/Teens ages 6-18 (8 x 1.5 hrs sessions): $300

Adults (6 x 2hr sessions): $250

​

Workshops

A variety of workshops are offered through the year, usually on Sundays. Workshops are open to anyone who fits in the age group. 

2-hour workshops: $40 per person
